What we collect when you run a Siri Score, why we collect it, and who else sees it.
Last updated 27 July 2026. SwarmSystem is a service of Day by Day Digital, Austin, Texas.
What we collect
- The business you pick. When you start a scan you choose your business from Google. We keep the business name, address and Google listing so we can check it.
- Your email address. You give this to open your report. If you buy, we use it to send your receipt and to reach you about the work.
- Your phone number. Only if a form asks for it and you type it in. It is optional.
- Technical information. Your IP address, browser, device type, the page you came from, and the ad click identifiers Facebook and Google attach to a link.
We do not ask for and do not want your customer lists, your bank details or anything from inside your own systems. Payment card numbers never touch our servers. Stripe handles those directly.
Why we collect it
- To run the scan and build your report.
- To take payment if you buy the fix, and to do the work you paid for.
- To measure our own advertising, so we know which ads bring real customers instead of guessing.
- To answer you when you write to us.
Who else sees it
We use outside companies to run parts of this service. They only get what they need to do their job.
| Company | What it does | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Takes payment | Your card details, name and email. We never see the full card number. |
| Supabase | Stores scan and report data | Your business details, scan results and email. |
| Netlify | Hosts this website | Standard web server logs, including IP address. |
| Analytics, Tag Manager, Fonts, and the Business Profile data the scan reads | Page views, scan events, and technical information. | |
| Meta (Facebook and Instagram) | Measures our ads | Page views and purchase events, plus a scrambled copy of your email and phone. See below. |
| Contentsquare | Shows us how people actually use these pages, so we can fix what is confusing | Which pages you saw, what you clicked, how far you scrolled, and technical information. We do not use it to identify you personally. |
About the Meta data in plain English
When you buy, our server tells Meta that a sale happened so Meta can credit the right ad. To match you to the ad you clicked, we send a scrambled version of your email address and phone number. Scrambled means run through a one way process called hashing, which turns it into a string of characters that cannot be turned back into your email. We also send the Facebook click identifiers stored in your browser and your browser type.
We do this because otherwise we cannot tell which ads produce customers and which waste money. You can stop most of this by using your browser or device privacy settings to block advertising cookies, and by using Meta's own ad preferences controls.
Cookies and similar storage
This site sets cookies from Google Analytics, from Meta, and from Contentsquare. The Meta ones named _fbp and _fbc record which ad you clicked. The Contentsquare one lets us see how a visit moved through the page without tying it to your name. The site also uses your browser's session storage to remember a scan you already ran, so you do not have to run it twice in the same visit. That session storage clears itself when you close your browser.
How long we keep things
Analytics data is kept for 14 months and then deleted automatically. Scan results, reports and customer records are kept while you are a customer and for seven years after, because tax and accounting rules require it. If you never buy, you can ask us to delete your scan and email at any time.
Your choices
Write to hello@swarmsystem.com and you can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it. We will reply within 30 days. If you are in a place with laws such as GDPR or the CCPA that give you extra rights, those rights apply to you here and we will honour them. We do not sell your personal information.
Children
This service is for business owners. It is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If the change is significant and you are a customer, we will email you.
